Mind-blowing cleanliness, super value for money, jaw-droppingly well-placed near town center with Co-op & Sainsbury's nearby. The bed was sooo comfortable, and the kitchen had a mind-boggling array of crockery and utensils. The bathroom and kitchen looked brand new, and the tea, coffee, and biscuit bonus was awesome! Can't wait to stay here again!

I recently had a delightful stay at a cosy house near the beautiful Peak District. The house was impeccably clean and offered excellent value for money. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the kitchen was well-equipped with crockery and utensils. It was a bonus to find tea, coffee, and biscuits provided for a warm welcome. The location was convenient, near Leek town centre with nearby supermarkets for convenience. The hosts were very accommodating and even offered a partial refund for a minor inconvenience. Despite a few drawbacks, such as an out-of-order oven and a slightly cold house, I would definitely choose to stay here again. I highly recommend this place for its affordability, cleanliness, and great location.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The location was great, with easy access to local shops, town centre, and beautiful countryside walks. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One thing that could improve the breakfast choices is to provide more variety in terms of bread options.
